A. Yes, provided it is at least 30 days prior to anticipated delivery. However, there are no returns or refunds and all items may be destroyed or otherwise terminated at Heeleos’ sole discretion. Once a recipient refuses delivery, no matter when such refusal occurs, that delivery is considered terminated and will not be available in whole or part at any time in the future to any individual.
A. Almost anything. If it will fit the box dimensions and abides by our [rules] we’ll store and ship it for you. If it’s oversized, we will ask you to pay the balance due (based upon our calculation) upon our receipt within 15 days or we will not be able to refund you or return the item (it can be picked up by you or a [designated third party]). If your item is oversized, we can handle it – just email us for a custom quote. While we will not ship tobacco or drugs, we will ship sealed bottles to ‘of age’ adults in the USA, provided it is shipped to us in proper [styrofoam packaging]
B. We will not ship weapons of any sort, dangerous items, explosive items or any associated such products. We will not ship or deliver any live or organic items, including but not limited to leaves, nuts, seeds or roots. We will not ship edible unsealed or opened food products that pass the date of consumption based on your desired ship date. We will not ship prohibited or regulated items like tobacco or drugs. At our discretion we may decide not to ship any item and will alert you by email or phone and will not refund you if we deem any item to be unshippable. You may claim such item in person or by designated third party.
A. Yes, this is completely understood, which is why after receipt of your product(s) or Services request, we immediately contact the recipient. This is done not only to ensure proper delivery, but also to give you some reasonable piece of mind that we’re going to do what we say.
A. We currently use USPS (Postal Service) or UPS or in the case of very large items, we contract with Veritiv Freight to deliver your items. Of course, as in life, all things may go ‘sideways’ and we will substitute any service from Flower delivery or package delivery to industry approved resources, when necessary. However, without an impetus, we will always opt to use our approved and quoted providers.
A. True, again, life does happen. But we hope that the fees we charge are able to keep us running this business for generations. We pledge to you, that this is a life long pursuit for us, that we plan to hand to our employees and investors to run long after we are gone. In the event, that is becomes untenable, our exit strategy is to contact all recipients and facilitate the shipment of all items to the recipient, even if it’s prior to the delivery. This will ensure we are holding no personal items.
